		<description>Josh, I&#039;m so glad you posted this. I&#039;ve done two rounds of NaNoWriMo (both while working full time as a reporter) and got two novels out of it that I never would have started otherwise. 

It&#039;s the best thing around for getting us uptight reporter-types to just loosen up and let it flow... 

Sure, a good chunk of what I wrote was garbage, but both times, I got the rough shape a novel of it that I went on to re-write, so what the heck!

Also, it&#039;s a hell of a lot of fun, especially when you sucker some friends into doing it with you...</description>
