		<description>Thanks for the write up Zach.  Just a couple of points of clarification.  First, Paul Steiger and Alberto Ibarguen were aware of the potential conflicts and have already agreed to recuse themselves from any involvement in awarding the grant.  Second, the funding is spread over three years, so it’s not a fifth of the KNC budget.
 
We’re glad you’re into the idea and we hope that we’re able to develop it.
