		<description>Josh, interesting exercise, shedding light on why Google was able to sell $21 billion in advertising (versus all daily newspapers collective online advertising sales of a little over $3 billion) -- it&#039;s because contextual ads with properly chosen keywords can be far more effective than standard site banners and buttons. By the way, that $21 billion is more than half the amount of ALL advertising, print and online, sold by daily newspapers in 2008.</description>

63cents per lead is not bad.  but i do think there are advertising options for the same budget, just not the right venue based on your circumstances. 

Although it seems like you learned a great deal from the experience.   

For your site, a one month banner ad campaign on a relevant site usually yields better results.  And like you said, twitter and other top social sites would have done way more, if you have the time</description>
