		<description>The NY Times reporter got it backwards with regards to photography - overexposure can be compensated for in post-processing, it&#039;s *underexposure* which is the killer, because the data just isn&#039;t there.

It&#039;s the opposite problem with audio - she&#039;s talking about audio clipping due to excess gain, which is why paying attention to one&#039;s Vu meters during recording is extremely important.</description>
