My goal, with the full cooperation of everyone I profiled, was to document the efforts and successes of the Knight News Challenge and the other two programs in a way that could help others plan and execute social media strategies. I am very passionate about both the impact social media can have to deepen engagement and acquire new audiences, and need to teach these sklls to those who do not yet have them, but would benefit.</description>
