I hope you can answer me.  I listened to your interview regarding Obama&#039;s single-regulating of banks.  The intereviw took place on All Things Considered, May 28,2009.  You said on that piece that &quot;By law every reporter has to call it alphabet soup....&quot;  There were two other &quot;by law&quot; phrases. Could you elaborate on the &quot;by law&quot; faction.  And tell me about it. Is that a law directed by the Federal government?  Thank you
