		<description>I like this, if only for the fact that D.C. is probably in need of this resource more than most cities in the country. It has some things in common with EveryBlock in terms of the approach.

As for other options, you guys should take a look at PaperNews, which is a pretty interesting attempt to bring newspaper design to the CMS:

I&#039;ve been following this one for a couple of months and it needs some more love. Matt Quintanilla&#039;s got some great ideas up his sleeve.
