Donating your time instead of your money. This only proves that it doesn’t matter how much or what you donation will be, what matters most is you are dedicated to help others.

I think this is a really interesting development. There does not yet exist a platform for collaboratie, distributed journalism work.

Thing spot.us might want to consider:

– document and link repository, where sources relevant to a story are collected and archived
- privacy functions to allow for embargo until ready for publication, or restriction of source names to reporters working on the story.
- a discussion forum for each story
