Ken,

Your column puts news syndication in the context of the Internet better than any other resource I've found. Are you aware of resources -- guides or books -- that would help a newspaper make the most of the syndication opportunities today? Most of the resources I've found talk about RSS, Atom, or news syndication as it was 20 years ago. Or have you written more on this topic?

Having been a nationally syndicated columnist since 1980 (Super Saver, UPS)I hold hard copy in the highest of esteem. The column was recently launched as a blog and I now give the columns away in an effort to try to help my papers gain ad revenues. It is excruciating to see the hard copy giants reduced from robust news engines to anorexic
tissues.
