National Review is a conservative political opinion magazine founded by William F. Buckley in 1955.

National Review is the largest and most prominent conservative magazine in the United States. The magazine has consistently lost money, turning a profit only once, in 1994.

The magazine’s website, National Review Online, has been successful compared to other conservative news sites, and its blogs, particularly The Corner, are among the most influential on the web.
