The San Diego News Network was an online local news organization in Southern California.

The network was founded in March 2009 by local tech entrepreneur Neil Senturia with a $1 million budget and 16 full-time employees, along with freelancers and bloggers. In May 2010, it laid off employees at each of its sites, ended its freelance arrangements and was looking for a buyer.

The network launched a weekly print edition in May 2010.

In 2009, Senturia created a parent company called U.S. Local News Network for the company, announcing a goal to expand to 40 cities in the U.S. and Canada by 2012. The company had raised about $3 million by the end of 2009.

It launched the Southwest Riverside News Network in 2009 and the Orange County Local News Network in January 2010 as part of a partnership with the Los Angeles Times Media Group. In May 2010, the Orange County site shut down suddenly, though Senturia said it might relaunch. In July 2010, however, the site folded for good.
