The Tampa Bay Times announced they would close their printing plant Wednesday, eliminating 150 jobs. Other metro papers that have shifted to outsourced printing include The Kansas City Star, the Miami Herald, The Philadelphia Inquirer, the San Antonio Express-News, and The Hartford Courant. SS
