We’ve written before about the challenges of making a website look good on the new iPad, whose screen is so ridiculously nice that it makes regular ol’ web images look pathetic in comparison. Developer Steve Streza outlines one method on Quora: using CSS media queries, background images, and -webkit-device-pixel-ratio.

Greetings from Colorado! I’m bored to tears at work so I decided to check out your website on my iphone during lunch break. I enjoy the info you present here and can’t wait to take a look when I get home. I’m shocked at how quick your blog loaded on my cell phone .. I’m not even using WIFI, just 3G .. Hey would you mind sharing which blog platform you’re using? I’m going to start my own blog soon but I’m having a tough time choosing between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design and style seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something unique. P.S Sorry for getting off-topic but I had to ask!
